Quotes from Residents

Patrick Fischer, D4 Resident, Ford Avenue:
“John Gran directed Redondo’s Public Works department to finally fix my fence.  I live right next to a parkette and the City’s fence was falling down.  I’d been asking for years with no action.  When John was elected, he followed through on my request, and my fence was fixed within his first year.  John applies energy and care to his position and our district is markedly better as a result.  Thank you John, you have my vote for Re-Election in 2021.”

Don Szerlip, D4 Resident, Heritage Pointe:
“John Gran has been a vocal advocate for improvements along the Artesia Corridor. Under his leadership we now have parking underneath the Edison power lines, something Edison had said for the last 20 years would never happen. We have also seen massage parlors reduced from 14 to 3. We need to sustain his voice on the Council to assure continued focus on North Redondo Beach. Vote for John Gran!   Now that I’ve said something nice about him, I trust he will let me beat him at golf.”

Cyndi Wicks, Redondo Beach Resident:
“John has worked hard to make Redondo Beach a beautiful place to live. I appreciate his positive attitude and respect for everyone that he comes in contact with. He is hard working, kind and considerate. He is a positive light in the dark times we live! He is part of the solution!”

Eric Singelyn:
“John has been a tremendous councilman. He assisted with community issue and is extremely responsive. Thank you John.”

James Selth:
“John Gran has been the best and most responsive Councilman we’ve had in the District since I moved here in 2003. He really cares about North Redondo and I support him wholeheartedly. “
